| Dan was born in Ridley Park, raised in Media, and graduated from Media High School. He died on January 21, 2005 at home in Glen Riddle. He was 59 years old. He is survived by his wife of more than 34 years, Michelle Feathers; a son, Michael S. Feathers of Concord; a daughter, Denise L. Feathers of Swarthmore; a brother, Larry D. Feathers of Media; and one grandson.
Dan was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving two tours of duty. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier for 30 years.
He is interred at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
