Videos by Trae Zipperer
As I mentioned on the home page, the first video I saw about the need to clean veteran headstones was made by a fellow named Trae Zipperer, of Fort Meyers, FL. There is no doubt veteran's headstones stand neglected all across this nation, and Trae is passionate about getting people involved to correct that problem. His YouTube videos are clear and direct: We need to work together to clean all veteran gravestones by Memorial Day!
I have come to believe in that cause and I want to spread the word by sharing links to his videos on this page. His YouTube account name is Honor Your DNA. If you click on that link you will find all of his videos listed. I'll just highlight a few at the bottom of this page.
Trae has a webpage, ByMemorialDay.com, which explains more about his vision of cleaning every veteran's headstone 'by Memorial Day'.
Trae has another webpage, VeteranGraves.com, where he encourages everyone who participates in this work to register the information on the headstone and grave markers they clean. Veteran graves in national cemeteries are documented for research, but most veteran graves in municipal, public, and private cemeteries are not recorded in a searchable database. The goal of VeteranGraves.com is to get ALL veteran graves at municipal, public, and private cemeteries listed in a searchable database.
