VeteranGraves.com

While national cemeteries have a good database of veterans who are buried there, private, public, and municipal cemeteries usually do not.  Trae Zipperer, the founder of ByMemorialDay.com recognized this 'hole' in record-keeping and established VeteranGraves.com as a site where all veteran burial sites can be recorded.  Therefore, as you visit private, public, and municipal cemeteries, and identify veteran graves, it is requested that you go to VeteranGraves.com and login so you can see if the cemetery has already been identified, and then see if the graves you identified at that cemetery are recorded.  If not, there are pages to enter the information for each.

(You need to set up an account at VeteranGraves.com in order to use that site, but sign-up is simple and free.)

The information on this page was taken from a video by Trae Zipperer on YouTube.
